A request, then a conversation
Choose a design, size and quantity, then send your contact details. ETERNO will review your request and follow up by email. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed order, reserve stock, guarantee availability, or create a payment obligation.
No payment today
This website does not take payment. Before you agree to a purchase, we’ll confirm the final product details, price, applicable charges, shipping availability, estimated timing and return or exchange terms. You can decide whether to proceed after reviewing them.
Product imagery & sizing
Garment and campaign images are generated concept mockups. Final garments may differ in materials, color, fit, print scale and placement. Sizes S through XXL are proposed options, not a confirmed measurement chart. Final measurements will be provided before a purchase.
Availability & timing
Production and delivery dates are not yet confirmed. No shipment date or return window is promised by submitting a request. If a requested piece or destination cannot be supported, we’ll let you know when reviewing your request.
Updating your request
Reply to our follow-up email if you want to change sizes, quantities or contact information, or withdraw your request. The reference displayed after submission helps identify it. Your bag is saved only in this browser; edits after submission do not change a request already sent.
Brand artwork
The logos and collection artwork are presented as part of ETERNO. Displaying an image here does not offer it as a downloadable design for other products.
