Your saved bag

We use local storage in this browser to remember product choices, sizes and quantities. It stays on this device until you clear it or successfully submit those items in a request. Contact details are not saved in the bag.

When you send a request

We receive your name, email address, country and region, selected products, sizes, quantities and any note you include. We use these details to review your request, check availability and shipping, and contact you about the proposed purchase. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in your note. This website does not collect payments or require an account.

Form delivery & storage

Formspree processes the form submission and makes it available to ETERNO in its form dashboard and by email notification. Formspree may process technical information for delivery and spam protection. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

Submitting a request sends information off this device. Clearing your bag does not delete requests already submitted, copies in our inbox, or Formspree’s records. Retention in those services depends on their settings and policies.

Site delivery

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure it. Fonts and collection imagery are served with the website.

Analytics & advertising

This site does not include an analytics tracker or advertising pixel. Bag storage is used to remember your selection, not to track you across websites.

Questions or changes

To ask about a submitted request, correct your details or request deletion, reply to ETERNO’s follow-up email. You can also use the request form to send a privacy question without selecting products by choosing the contact-only option shown when your bag is empty.
